Our quality policy is focused on the market and customer and is how we satisfy customer requirements. Through this approach, we hope to make our products and services superior to those of the competition or at least on a par with them.
Quality management follows economic principles; the level of quality required for the lowest costs possible.
We act in accordance with the following binding principles:
- Quality management is essential for management and should be continually undertaken by all staff.
- Employees’ awareness of quality is focused on preventing mistakes at all times.
- All staff are responsible for the quality of work in their area.
- All staff are aware of the precise need to provide the level of quality demanded in their area of work; they know when and where they need to obtain any information that is missing.
Quality management is integrated in all processes, from setting objectives, sales, provision of materials and production to customer service.
Documentation and continuation of the FHI quality management system is undertaken by means of:
- Description of jobs and areas of responsibility (BTV)
- Technical instructions (TA)
