FELAM THERMOLINE® is our trade name for printed circuit boards with metal core or metal heat layer (IMS, Insulated Metal Substrate) which are used for heat-critical applications. Whenever increased levels of heat need to be dissipated from electrical circuits, especially in LED applications, a specially developed structure of printed circuit boards delivers huge design, space and cost benefits. FELA can produce the optimum layer structure for you comprising metal carrier, dielectric fluids and conductive pattern layers. Our products are individual and customer-focused, they are not ready-made from aluminium base materials. All our IMS circuit boards are UL-approved.
